The machine shops are therefore purpose designed and the assembly shop boasts one of the largest unsupported roofs in the area, providing an unparalleled spacious floor area which allows unlimited options when planning a floor layout. We are keen supporters of the one piece flow method of production, which enables our manufacturing costs to be kept to a minimum, and products to be competitively priced. Assembly Hydraulic Test Rig Main Machine Shop The precision nature of our products requires comprehensive control and this is implemented through our Quality Department. We are always investigating new methods of manufacturing components and use state-of-the-art computer controlled machines and sophisticated gauging equipment to ensure accuracy. Our Engineering Department has several Six Sigma trained personnel who are constantly reviewing and improving production processes. Steering gears are regularly endurance and fatigue tested to guarantee compliance with customer expectations. We are justly proud of our production personnel and the environment we work in.
